Shattering stigmas with courageous conversation.

At a time of increasingly high suicide rates from First Responders, our work for the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay made history by igniting social change. Our experiential campaign started with empathy and is now being leveraged by agencies across Florida to create awareness, provide resources, and shatter the stigma taking the lives of local heroes.

To override the outdated belief that heroes must silence their traumas to maintain respect, our campaign featured the faces of real First Responders with traumatic scenes projected on their profiles to acknowledge the destructive nature of carrying these memories constantly. Mayor Jane Castor, Sheriff Chad Chronister, and the police and fire chiefs personally promoted this effort at the live press conference. This whole-agency collaboration continues to fuel the conversation across Florida.
