But people didn’t know how much of a cut above Riverlights’ community was beyond its local reputation as the best spot to catch a sunset.

We turned their laundry list of differentiators into the most-wanted lifestyle on the North Carolina coast. Because when you “do you” with vibrant flair and zero apologies in a place that fuels your love for life, that’s your State of Shine. And home-shoppers from all over the country came in droves to find theirs at Riverlights.

Our new photography and brand personality were the canvas for a fully blown integrated marketing campaign with everything from billboards and brochures to OTT videos, Salesforce emails, digital banner ads, and even a Day Trip Itinerary Matcher Quiz to help home shoppers discover their State of Shine in Riverlights.
