Paid Search Strategist

With that being said, we are looking for a full-time, FULLY REMOTE, paid search specialist with 2-4 years of experience to plan, manage and execute the agency’s SEM campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self-motivated, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and ad copywriting.

Essential Duties and Functions

  • Develop SEM strategies to support and achieve the client’s business objectives across several industries including but not limited to Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial Services, Non-Profit and Education.
  • Set up, implement, manage, and optimize a portfolio of PPC client campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize campaigns to achieve established KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent insights and appropriate action plans for optimizations.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Communicate with clients/internal teams on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, creative, project status and client goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience leading successful search campaigns, preferably at an agency.
  • Understand standard best practice set-up requirements across multiple paid media platforms.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (Google Analytics Certified preferred) and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities including reporting, presenting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
