With that being said, we are looking for a full-time, FULLY REMOTE, media coordinator to assist with the development, execution and ongoing management of audio, video and out of home campaigns running across broadcast, cable, CTV, radio, cinema, billboards and streaming audio platforms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a proactive learner and passionate about mass media, with at least 1 year of agency experience, preferably in media, (including an internship).

Essential Duties and Functions

  • Assists media team with the development, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns
  • Maintains current knowledge of TV/CTV platforms/programs and radio/streaming stations/formats in their assigned markets.
  • Manages campaign avail requests and set up for TV/Radio estimates and goals in Strata
  • Prioritizes ongoing professional growth & education in industry trends and video/audio platform capabilities
  • Assists in managing out-of-home campaigns including but not limited to building maps, negotiating renewals, and building recommendations
  • Stewards video and audio campaigns, including makegoods, pacing, troubleshooting, reporting and managing AV/UD
  • Works with media buyers to evaluate new opportunities across all mass mediums, creating recommendations for strong client opportunities
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with media vendors, working to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Helps secure pre/post logs, track added value and lead posting and reporting projects
  • Traffics creative assets to vendors and manage traffic confirmations
  • Reconciles and processes vendor invoicing for assigned mass media accounts
  • Assists with campaign, audience and market research as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of internship or agency experience, working within a media agency/department is preferred.
  • An eagerness to learn, with an interest in Video, Audio, Out of Home, and print mediums.
  • Excellent communicator, with a proactive solution-oriented attitude and an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Maps, and PowerPoint/Keynote
