Creating Change on Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is still a relatively new annual occasion. Started in 2012 with the intention to highlight and celebrate generosity as an American tradition and value to so many, it has since become a powerful movement in just six years. And, rightly so.

Non-profit organizations fill incredible needs in our community – giving children support they need to thrive, feeding our hungry, providing rich cultural experiences, helping people who are fighting cancer, raising money to fight disease, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and so on. Many. More. I’ve worked with non-profit organizations for more than 20 years, and there is no one that does more with so little than these critical pillars of our organization. Every dollar they raise is a dollar for a critical service they provide, and these services save and enhance lives every day. These non-profits create such meaningful change, experiences and opportunities in our community, in which there could never be a true measurement of their return on investment.

One of the tenants of our mantra is to Create Change – not just for ourselves and our clients, but for our community as well. We’re proud to have partnered with and supported many important non-profits over the years. This year, we’re making donations to:

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America

Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation

Feeding Tampa Bay

Lions Eye Institute for Transplant Research

SPCA Tampa Bay

Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park

South Florida Museum

For one day in a year, there’s no better recipient of our time, talent or treasure than a non-profit organization close to you! #GivingTuesday
