Colleen Chappell

Colleen leverages nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in brand development, integrated marketing, advertising, pricing strategies, market segmentation, distribution channel launch and growth.

Colleen knows what it's like to sit in a chief marketing officer's chair or lead a business sales channel from the ground up. Top-tier national agencies once called her the client, and that experience has proven invaluable on the agency side of the business. Colleen brings an unstoppable stream of enthusiasm to the agency.

As a premiere business leader in Florida, Colleen was named both Tampa Bay's Businesswoman of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and University of South Florida's School of Mass Communications Outstanding Alumnus. She and her team have been recognized as winners of the coveted international Gold Stevie Award for Management Team of the Year and the international Bronze Stevie Award for Business Services Female Executive of the Year.

With a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from the University of South Florida, Colleen is a Dale Carnegie graduate and accredited in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America. She has served on the executive boards of the Tampa Bay Partnership, and the American Marketing Association Global Headquarters Professional Chapters Council. Most recently, she served as the Chair of the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation.

Christine Turner

Christine has spent her career developing creative advertising and marketing programs that drive results for her clients and agency.  Her wide-ranging expertise in advertising and branding have served her and the agency well for more than 20 years. Christine has infused the agency with a passion for collaboration while honing her talent for balancing brand alignment with effective growth strategies. Her acumen in consumer and B2B marketing for the financial service and technology sectors has garnered her many awards on the regional, national and international stage.

Christine is a graduate of the University of South Florida and dedicates time on the board of the Alumni Association. With a strong passion for the Tampa Community, she is also a current board member of the Tampa Bay Chamber and the Tampa Downtown Partnership.  She is a past-chair of Leadership Tampa Alumni.  She has also served on the board of the Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts. She was also past president of PRSA Tampa Bay.

Scott Gattis

Scott integrates his skills in research, business strategy, marketing and behavioral psychology to provide a unique and powerful perspective. In addition to his work as a Principal of Account Strategy at ChappellRoberts, he directs the agency’s research efforts for all clients.

A graduate of Auburn University, Scott is a business-minded strategic thinker who delivers authentic and unexpected ideas that drive results for his clients. His professional experience includes marketing and brand strategy, advertising, market research, corporate communications, issues management and public relations. Scott’s diverse marketing background is complemented by consulting experience in an equally diverse variety of industries, including health care technology, financial services, retail, telecommunications, public utilities and the not-for-profit sector.

Scott is a graduate of Class I of the Connect Florida Statewide Leadership Institute. He currently serves on the digital marketing advisory board for the University of South Florida and is actively involved in the Tampa Bay Advertising Federation, American Marketing Association, the Auburn University Alumni Association and the Christian Business Men’s Connection.

Katy Berry

Known for seizing any opportunity to lead and grow, Katy Berry transformed her career from an entry-level position to an agency leader. Her determination to excel is fueled by more than just her love for sweets. Katy took a support role and turned it into a defined Operations department that protects and grows the future of our business. Throughout her tenure here, she's helped guide the agency through many milestones, always striving to the the best for our clients and employees.

As Principal and Controller, Katy leads agency financial, human resources and administrative operations while maintaining a focus on overall agency management and growth. From strategic financial planning to developing employee policies, Katy has a passion for numbers and people.

Katy graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Communications and Business Administration. She is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management and a graduate of Second Wind's Agency Financial Management program.

Matt Boswell

Matt prides himself on developing teams that are inspired to deliver great creativity for a diverse roster of clients. For more than 15 years, he has honed his expertise in executing strong holistic brand strategy across all mediums. His extensive agency experience and tenure as a creative director have delivered award-winning creative in branding, advertising, digital execution and video. Matt’s experience spans many industries – from retail and tourism to healthcare and financial services. He’s represented brands such as 3M, Ameriprise Financial, Audio-Technica, Bealls, Mayo Clinic, Medtronic, PetSmart and VISIT FLORIDA. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Ringling College of Art and Design.
