With that being said, we are looking for a full-time, FULLY REMOTE, media coordinator to assist with the development, execution and ongoing management of audio, video and out of home campaigns running across broadcast, cable, CTV, radio, cinema, billboards and streaming audio platforms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about media, and has 1 year of agency, preferably media, experience (including an internship).

Essential Duties and Functions

  • Assist media team with the development, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns
  • Manage campaign avail requests and set up for TV/Radio estimates and goals in Strata
  • Work with media buyers to evaluate new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, working to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage makegood schedules and placements
  • Help secure pre/post logs, track added value and lead posting and reporting projects
  • Traffic creative assets to vendors and manage traffic confirmations
  • Reconcile and process vendor invoicing for traditional media accounts
  • Assist with campaign, audience and market research as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Internships or agency experience, working within a media agency/department is preferred.
  • An eagerness to learn, with an interest in Video, Audio, and OOH paid mediums.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote
