Traditionally a silent workhorse for the financial industry, DTCC wanted to position themselves as a collaborator and connector that secured today’s financial markets and shaped tomorrow’s outlook.

To change perceptions of being viewed simply as a utility, and to elevate DTCC’s brand, we rebuilt the company’s positioning and carefully rolled out the new direction to key stakeholder audiences.

the tactics

We implemented the new brand through a variety of tactics — from a launch event and break room table tents to a digital annual report and a restructured capabilities brochure.
